TYPES OF SHIPPING
All orders placed through Delaware Sauce Company will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. Shipping methods may vary, and will be determined by us based on location and size of order.
Please allow 2 – 3 business days to process orders. Once finished, the item(s) will be shipped and the delivery times below would apply. Tracking information is also included for convenience, but we do not provide shipping insurance unless requested.
Delivery time frames vary based on location and size of order and type of shipping selected.
An estimated delivery time frame for most orders is as follows:
3-5 days from the time of shipping

Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Final shipping costs will be fully disclosed before the final step in the checkout process.
Due to the Flat Rate packaging requirements, you may find that adding more bottles is more cost effective as it pertains to shipping. costs of a single bottle may seem high, however if you add a 2nd or 3rd bottle shipping rates may stay the same giving you more value.
For example...one 5 oz bottle costs $8.95 to ship. However you could add a 2nd bottle for the same cost in shipping.
One 10 oz bottle will cost $14.95 to ship. But you can actually add up to five 10 oz bottles for the same $14.95 shipping cost.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority, but we understand mistakes happen.
Our return policy:
If we make a mistake in the fulfillment of your order (i.e. wrong product, out of date product, etc.) or there is damage to the product on arrival. We will happily refund or replace items at our cost for our mistakes.
Our Refund Policy:
If your order is not correct at no fault of your own we will give you the option of receiving a replacement or a refund.
However, if you make a mistake ordering we do not offer refunds. We can not offer refunds if you order the wrong product. We can however exchange for the correct product assuming the original shipment is returned in the same condition it was shipped. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer in this scenario.
