We begin our process by selecting the finest ingredients available. From fresh, locally-sourced peppers to premium spices (such as those from J.O. Spice of Baltimore, MD), every component of our hot sauce is chosen for its quality and flavor. Small Batch Production
Once we have our ingredients, we mix them in small batches to maintain control over the flavor and consistency of our sauces. Small batch production allows us to closely monitor each step, ensuring that every batch meets our high standards of excellence.
Bottling and Sealing
After the sauce is perfectly blended, we dispense it into food-grade glass bottles. Our bottles come in two convenient sizes: 5 ounces and 10 ounces. This step is carried out with precision to maintain the integrity and safety of the product.
Sealing and Labeling
